With the goal of developing and applying a process that assures the product’s quality implied by the seal of origin, a working model for the Regulatory Council has been implemented for the Operations and Management of Quality. Thereby, the Quality Policy is based in assuring impartiality and technical competence in its actions in regards to certification. This implies that their certification services are open to whoever might choose to solicit them and whose activities are within the P.G.I.: to instate special systematic precautionary measures for quality, information collection and analysis of data to improve the system, to cooperate with Public Administration and with Entities related to the development of a national certification process, and the communication and efficient cooperation with a social environment that requires adaptation to its needs and expectations.
